Have you had the experience in your life that someone was doomed because he/she offends God?

No, I don't have the experience that someone was doomed because he/she offends God. Because I've taught that we should respect the God and do not offend God.
In my opinion, most of people always respect God so that I never heard that someone was doomed by God because he/she offend him.
